  • 1 BeanVIVO Salad Protein Booster – Edamame and Quinoa (Hint of Lemon)
  • 2-3 large collard leaves
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 red bell pepper, chopped into thin strips
  • 1/4 orange bell pepper, chopped into thin strips
  • Hummus

📋 Instructions:

  1. Add BeanVIVO Salad Protein Booster, bell peppers, carrots, cucumber, and hummus on top of collard leaves.
  2. Wrap tightly and use more hummus and a "glue" if necessary!
