INGREDIENTS
- 1 pouch of BeanVIVO Refried Beans with Vegan Chorizo
- 13oz tortilla chips
- 16 oz vegan cheddar cheese
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 2 tbsp Cotija cheese
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves, roughly chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Place vegan cheese into small cooking pan, cook on low for about 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is hot. Meanwhile open your pouch of BeanVIVO Refried Beans with Vegan Chorizo and cook it for 1 minute in the microwave, set aside.
In a large bowl, place tortilla chips and pour over cheddar cheese melted and then your BeanVIVO Refried Beans with Vegan Chorizo. Garnish with jalapeño and coriander. Enjoy!
