- 1 pouch of Lentils & Quinoa Protein Salad Booster
- 1 bowl fresh lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup seasoned tortilla strips
- 1/2 cup of corn
- 4-5 sliced cherry tomatos
- 1/3 sliced red onion
- 1/2 sliced fresh avocado
- 1/3 cup chipotle dressing
