Southwest Protein Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pouch of Lentils & Quinoa Protein Salad Booster
  • 1 bowl fresh lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup seasoned tortilla strips
  • 1/2 cup of corn
  • 4-5 sliced cherry tomatos
  • 1/3 sliced red onion
  • 1/2 sliced fresh avocado
  • 1/3 cup chipotle dressing

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice all ingredients and mix in a bowl. Enjoy!
