Recipe serves: 2 Bean Vivo Dip: Pad Thai
Linguine, cooked. 1 cup
Zucchini, cut in half. (1)
Mushroom, chopped 1/2 cup
Garlic clove, minced (1)
Fresh ginger, grated (1) tsp
Olive oil (2) tsp
Low sodium soy sauce 1/3 cup
Honey 2 tsp
Green onion, chopped 1 tbsp
Chopped peanut 1 tbsp
Spinach 1 cup
Beanvivo Pad Thai Dip 1/4 cup
1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sriracha, honey and ginger, set aside.
2. In a large Wok, add 1TSP olive oil. Add green onions, zucchini, mushrooms and garlic. Saute for 5min until veggies are cooked.
3. Add pasta, then pour the sauce mixture over the top.
4. Remove from heat, pour Pad Thai Bean Dip, add peanuts, and ENJOY.
