  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lime, zest and juiced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 medium ripe avocado, thinly sliced
  • Fresh mint, basil, dill, all torn
