- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 corn tortillas
- 1 BeanVIVO Black Bean Chipotle Chili
- 1 avocado
- 1 red onions, finely sliced
- 1 lime
- Cilantro to serve
📋 Instructions:
- Drizzle olive oil on 3 corn tortillas then warm slightly on a medium heat pan.
- Remove tortillas from the heat and divide BeanVIVO Black Bean Chipotle Chili onto the corn tortillas.
- Sprinkle a handful of cheese on top and fold.
- Place onto sheet pan to bake at 450 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove when crispy and garnish with red onion, avocado, lime, and cilantro.
