Crispy Black Bean Chili Tacos

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 corn tortillas
  • 1 BeanVIVO Black Bean Chipotle Chili
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 red onions, finely sliced
  • 1 lime
  • Cilantro to serve

📋 Instructions:

  1. Drizzle olive oil on 3 corn tortillas then warm slightly on a medium heat pan.
  2. Remove tortillas from the heat and divide BeanVIVO Black Bean Chipotle Chili onto the corn tortillas.
  3. Sprinkle a handful of cheese on top and fold.
  4. Place onto sheet pan to bake at 450 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Remove when crispy and garnish with red onion, avocado, lime, and cilantro.
