Black Bean Corn Salsa

Black Bean Corn Salsa


  • 1 pouch BeanVIVO Baja Black Beans
  • 1 ounce can sweet corn, or about 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen corn
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeds removed, diced
  • Juice of 2 small limes
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


In a large bowl, stir all of the ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let it still for 30min before serving.  Typically served with guacamole and chips. Enjoy!
