Black Bean and Chicken Tacos

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pouch BeanVIVO Baja Black Beans
  • 3 corn tortillas
  • 1 grilled chicken breast
  • 1/4 Fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pico de Gallo sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat and chop chicken into medium chunks. Warm tortillas in a griddle, meanwhile open your pouch of BeanVIVO Baja Black Beans and cook it for 1 minute in the microwave and set aside.

To serve, fill tortillas with 3 tbsp of beans, 1/4 cup of chicken, 2 tbsp pico de Gallo sauce, 1 tsp fresh coriander. Enjoy!
