INGREDIENTS
- 1 pouch of BeanVIVO Refried Pinto Beans
- 6 corn tostadas
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 3 tbsp cotija cheese
- 1 cup green salsa
INSTRUCTIONS
Open your pouch of BeanVIVO Refried Pinto Beans and cook it for 1 minute in the microwave. Set aside.
Spread 1/3 cup of your BeanVIVO Refried Pinto Beans onto each tostada shell.
Top it with green salsa, lettuce, avocado and cotija cheese. Enjoy!
